And they’re still trying to figure out how they did it today. That just blows my mind! Bring back practical effects!

James Cagney recalled a scene in Angels With Dirty Faces where a bullet got a bit too close to his head.

@JSul3 Yes - though those movies were made at Warner Bros;gangster movies were not a genre that MGM specialised in.
