Here are some mistakes Kate McCalister made in Home Alone
1. They should’ve had a battery powered alarm to wake them up 90 minutes before the airport vans got there. That way, everyone would be ready, luggage organized and the 3rd floor checked
2. Kate should’ve done the head count herself. That way she would’ve spotted the neighbor boy wearing the same beanie as Kevin
3. Straightened the Buzz/Kevin out the night before that way Kevin wouldn’t have been on the 3rd floor
4. Sleeping arrangements. She should’ve put Fuller on a cot or air mattress where he’d be comfortable but the sheets could be washed if he had wet them. Also, Kevin should’ve been somewhere where he could have been spotted
