Is this a unique attitude to have towards movies?
My girlfriend says she only likes to watch a movie once, then she doesn't need to see it again afterwards.

Watching a movie to some people I suppose is more about the discovery of a new adventure and less about the whole story. Once you know what happens watching it again isn't satisfying.
