Impossible to pick just 10. I could replace most with some other movie and it still would be okay. Let's say the first four are truly special for me these years.

Mulholland Drive
Love Exposure
Mirrormask
Crna Macka Beli Macor
The Nightmare before Christmas
Song of the Sea
The Triplets of Belleville
Delicatessen
Tři oříšky pro Popelku
Tais-Toi! (dubbed)

@Bleed Ghibli has a lot of good stuff... but Princess Mononoke is my fav. When it comes to animation, Spirited Away is the king... but Mononoke has a better story going for it accoriding to me.
Bleed · 41-45, F
@Kwek00 Howl’s moving castle is also up there for me
Kwek00 · 41-45, M
@Bleed For me too... but this isn't my list of best animation movies, so cuts need to be made. And none of Ghibli movies beat Akira for me... And after Mononoke, A ghost in the shell, is still my number 3, when it comes to anime.
