Marry My Unalived Body on Netflix was good

Real title is in the trailer. But it's a Taiwanese LGBTQ+ comedy horror about a Chad detective who gets a red envelope in which ropes him into getting a ghost marriage of a recently deceased gay man. The detective then has to solve his murder or be haunted forever.

It is both in its orginal language and English dubbed. It masquerades a campy horror comedy but you'll need tissues by the end. It's actually really touching and I cried at the end.

It's not too funny all the way through but the parts that are.. are just downright hilarious 😄

Interesting. I've been looking for more queer TV that wasn't some cheesy repackaged chick flick or teen drama with five monologues per episode.
(Looking at you, Love, Victor.)

@SatanBurger I got curious because it was being promoted to me in the "Hulu Has Pride" section. Honestly, it's so dramatic it's hilarious.

@LordShadowfire I'm gonna have to watch it lol just for the dramatics but I think you'd like the movie I mentioned on Netflix. The ending made me cry but in a good way.

Most of it is def. a campy comedy but it's done well and there's some serious parts in there so it's only a small kind of campy I guess. Some drama moments too but nothing big.
