Watching StarTrek Discovery…

How has the Federation been around for over 1000 years at this point, and no one has figured out that 5 point harnesses on the bridge chairs would prevent like 80% of all bridge crew injuries? 🤦‍♂️

I got halfway through the first half of the first episode and then the main character committed a mutiny and I was like... nahhh. 😂

@thepreposterouspanda I’m in season 4. It’s not great, but it beats Voyager hands down regardless, lol

@Zaphod42 Very, very low bar to get higher than I guess 😂

@thepreposterouspanda Gods, seriously. Voyager was the absolute worst, and I still watched it all the way through. Let’s face it, 7 is worth it. A little anyway 😂

@Zaphod42 A little bit, but not nearly worth it enough to sit through an episode of the show XD

@thepreposterouspanda Well, I mean, if you can ignore the two dimensional characters with zero story arc, the constant rehashing of things all the other previous series did with just tiny superficial tweaks, the most inconsistent captain in all of starfleet, and the only ship in service that requires the pylons to move for variable warp geometry, then it’s still pretty bad. But it’s Star Trek, so I watched 😂
