Why would a movie theater be showing a movie that came out 4 years ago?

I can understand playing a classic movie again in theaters that first came out 15, 20, 30 years ago for the sake of nostalgia but a 4 year old movie?

Why?

It's not "old" yet. It wasn't a popular movie...

I agree the old classics would be awesomely on replay on the big screen
