I saw that..so heartbreaking...😢 I think one of the saddest movies I have seen is Schindler's List. 😟

I've seen this several years ago. Yes, it was very sad. This is a movie that I couldn't watch a second time. Too heart wrenching 😭

@DemureDeb I never cry during movies but that was too much for my heart

The saddest movie I have watched is Bright Star. Keats discovered the star of destiny and and when the bright star weep with unconsolable tears at the loss of the man whose name was written on the water ....I can never be myself again after watching the movie. The only consolation is that the whole new generation now consoles and comforts the poet who fears his name was written on the water. The irony is he is the true bright star and not his muse.

The Elephant Man (1980)
The Yearling.
The scene where Jodie has to shoot his beloved pet deer tears me up with every viewing.

The saddest moments for me were when Snape had to execute Dumbledore ..

And when Gandalf fell after fighting Balrog ..

Man in the Moon had a heartbreaking ending. And there’s an Indian movie “Earth” that is also heartbreaking.
Red Dog. Cried my eyes out.

I haven't seen that. Saddest movie I've seen... "When the Wind Blows". Gut wrenching.
