Depends on your preferences. You probably seen all these already... "She Never Died" (2020) "The Bad Batch" (2017) "The Hunt" (2020) "I Am Not a Serial Killer" (2016) "Let the Right One In" (2008) "Trick 'r Treat" (2007) "Tucker and Dale vs. Evil" (2010) "What We Do in the Shadows" (2014)
I'm not a big horror guy but the only ones I like that have a sense of artistic integrity are Rosemary's Baby (1968) and The Human Centipede (First Sequence) & The Human Centipede 2 (Full Sequence)
Rosemary's Baby is a mellow old school classic and it's pretty trippy and really creepy without being violent or grotesque..
And the Human Centipedes are just so freaking crazy I feel like it's a must-watch if you haven't seen them. Part 1 is so crazy that it's almost laugh out loud funny.. and Part 2 is about a guy who is obsessed with Part 1 and tries to recreate it himself lol it's kind of genius and absolutely horrifying

Saw X is a good choice if you like slashers films. Otherwise, I would go with the standard classics
What?! There’s no way you’ve watched “most of” even American horror movies, let alone horror movies from other places in the world! Here are some titles I’ve enjoyed that I think are off the beaten path:
Cemetery Man The Cabinet of Dr. Caligari Videodrome (or anything else directed by David Cronenberg) Eraserhead Andre the Butcher (directed by porn star, Ron Jeremy) Dead and Buried Would You Rather Reanimator
Also, a very common opinion among horror fans is that the 80’s was the best decade for horror movies.
