What was the biggest moment on tv in your opinion?

@SW-User Yeah I remember that day , I was 9 years old and I saw the whole thing on tv.

@sam1992 What an awful thing for a child to see... I've had nightmares for years about it.

@SW-User For sure. I was about to leave for work when the second plane hit. I ran back in to watch. When I did go to work, it was surreal. We put it on the TV there and watched the towers fall. Everyone had these stunned blank looks on their faces. I'll never forget that.

@BrewCityBarfly I was signing off the internet that morning, when the headline "plane hits NY city tower" caught my eye. I didn't stop to read more, assuming it was a small commuter plane with engine trouble or maybe a copycat crime.. because a couple of weeks before 9/11, in my town, a man flew a small plane into his own house to kill his wife and kid. Fortunately, the wife & kid had gone out...

Anyway, a few minutes later, my ex called from work and asked if I'd heard. By then, the 2nd plane had hit and he told me the whole story. I think we were in shock for months.

@SW-User My husband called me right after it happened and i left Cnn on all day long. terrible day
