Foxtel - so many channels

I do not have Foxtel. I will not pay to view.
Being on Holidays in Mandurah the hotel has Foxtel available.
Of all the choices I have to pick from, what am I viewing?

After having Foxtel for years (one of my wifes pleasures) I dropped it when we updated the TV and picked up several steaming services for about half the price...The new remote still confuses her, as she gets lost in Netflix, Prime, Paramount, Disney and Britbox. Plus the freebies..😷
