Have you guys seen Scream 6 yet?

I went to go see it Friday with my date and my best friend and her boyfriend so we doubled dated. The movie was AMAZING!!!! The scream movies aren’t that scary but it was good. Jenna Ortega played the HELL outta role as Tara! She is the Scream Queen!

I saw it, I got frustrated with it.
Those kids are so dumb they deserve to die.
Sorry, but six of them in a room and they all run away from one dude with a knife? Just give him a boot party, beat the bastard to death.

@basilfawlty89 I knew it. Take Wes Craven out of the equation, and it becomes just another slasher movie of the type he was making fun of when he started the franchise.

@LordShadowfire I'm typically not a slasher fan anyway. My jam is psychological horror. The only big exception to this that I can say is the original Texas Chainsaw Massacre.

@basilfawlty89 I admit one of my guilty pleasures has been the Friday the 13th and Nightmare on Elm Street series. But the standard slasher movie where it's just some guy in a mask and everybody's acting like their brains fell out just doesn't get me going. At least Freddy has the dream angle going for him.

I want nothing to do with the series now that Wes Craven is dead. As far as I'm concerned, there are only four movies.
