No, I don't bother with TV at all.
Budwick · 70-79, M
@AbbeyRhode I could do that, but Mrs. Budwick would have a problem.
AbbeyRhode · F
@Budwick I guess there are some good things to be found, but to me, it's just not worth it. If I have the time, I watch an old movie online.
Budwick · 70-79, M
@AbbeyRhode I can count programs worth watching on one hand. It's certainly not worth the money. The networks seem to be in a race to the bottom.

I'm happy with music or old movies too.

Nope, dumped it years ago and never looked back.

It falls under the retro services now.😇
2007, it was the end of cable TV for me.
However, like every technology of the past, it is of great importance. Every invention, innovation and discovery of the past led the world to where it is today (in context of technology). We should always value the past, learn from it and construct a better future. God bless the world...🙏

I refuse to pay for the same exact amount of advertising as antenna TV which is free.

So no!
Nah, I don't really watch tv
uncalled4 · 56-60, M
Yes. Somehow, I have a good deal that I can't surpass with streaming.
Zonuss · 41-45, M
No. Just internet streaming now.
Which is far more interesting. 🤔
Zonuss · 41-45, M
@ImperialAerosolKidFromEP No rabbit ears for goodness sake.
I do have a digital antenna just in case something happens to the grids or net. No worries.
@Zonuss I don't think antennas are digital or analog. In N. America, most antennas that worked for NTSC will work for ATSC
Zonuss · 41-45, M
@ImperialAerosolKidFromEP Well that's what it's called.
Whatever it is it is just as clear and reliable as streaming.
Not in a good decade. Only part of the reason is that I couldn't get it where I use to live. I also dumped satellite a while ago
BTW, if any N. Americans are interested in what their lowly antennas might be able to do, I recommend: https://www.rabbitears.info
