Do you watch the news?
I don't but people are always telling me stuff that happened and it's hard for me to handle hearing about it.

about once a week i read political news and a little about what's going on here & in other countries, sometimes watch clips of various discussions from politicians and journalists. and i like to watch documentaries. i'm careful to look at more than one news source regularly. i used to look at news more but it's too difficult knowing that i can't change anything except my vote. it's pretty disgusting what is happening, real lives being blown away in the blink of an eye, and worse, some tortured beyond comprehension. so i limit my news these days to just once a week or so. i feel like i should be doing more, getting involved somehow in the solutions. ppl need help. and some ppl have no choice but to be at the front lines of destruction every day and fight it.
