I just saw it on a tv show. Is that a rich person thing? I feel like it communicates, "Im rich and Im watching you."

Pardon me madam? The gentleman in dark glasses at the sinister shady table in the corner has bought you a bottle of liquid that lowers your inhibitions and impairs your reasoning. He urges you to drink it and to feel that you owe him something.
