And this is the guy who played Ali in a film! He must be embarrassed as hell: walks up and sucker punches in the jaw a guy 4 to 6 inches smaller than himself (the difference depends on what source you check), and the littler guy just stands there looking surprised but otherwise unfazed.

Medical condition or not, if you're there - you've gotta expect to be roasted.
Chris Rock is exceptionally mature for keeping his cool and not retaliating, but he should really sue for that stunt.
