Was Childs the Thing?

@OfflineFriend At the start of the movie, yes. The Alaskan malamute was the Thing. But at the end of the film, the only two people alive are MacReady and Childs. We know the former is not the Thing because he just blew up the entire outpost to get rid of Blair-Thing, but we don't know if Childs is human or not.
