Is there a fictional character’s death that you had a hard time accepting?

Who?

Not many that get to me but, dammit !....

Ok from a literary perspective, Brooks Hadlin and John Coffey from the Stephen King Green Mile stories.

Tom Robinson from To kill a Mockingbird....grrr !

Sophie’s choice ? Having to ‘willingly’ give up one of her two children so that the other might live ? (War time concentration camp) and then never being able to escape that decision)

In terms of movie deaths ?
Wilson - Cast Away (Hardly a ‘death’ but emotionally might as well have been !)

Thomas J - My girl.
Where he goes back to try and retrieve Vader’s mood ring that she dropped while they were throwing stones at the Bees nest ?
Blub 😢

Suzie Salmon - The lovely bones
Ugh ! Don’t think I’ve ever hated a character more !
But he got his comeuppance at the end.

The kid from Pay it forward ? Right at the end ??

Yeah some sure put you through it !
