Constantine (2005)

Anyone needs to have seen this movie because of the great actors, marvelous scenes and the terrific storyline. There's not only Keanu Reeves and Tilda Swinton who have influenced the movie scene with some really great performances. The movie's origine itself is to be found (yet again) in an earlier comic book. Because of the obvious dark edge it's indeed DC instead of Marvel, and the author of the story is the great Alan Moore. Personally, I like the short sequence deep inside the movie when the actor Pruitt Taylor Vince almost recreates an extremely powerful movie scene by Rod Steiger in The Pawnbroker (1964). Will there be a showing of Constantine 2 soon though?

@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout The dog doesn't die, I seem to remember. Cows and bugs, but not a dog.
No. They took the kitty bracelet! @TheOneyouwerewarnedabout

@stratosranger John looks into the cats eyes as a way to see hell, because cats are half in and half out of hell. So no dead cat either. It's some fictional story alright, because I love my cats ;)
He’s referring to the John Wick story line where thugs kill his dog. @val70

@stratosranger I know. Call me Val Wick by the way because I want to avenge my two cats killed during my childhood.
I know that feeling. I had a few chickens in our back yard that were killed by dogs during a snowstorm. I cried for weeks after. I suspect the neighbor didn’t feed his dogs and left them outside before the snow came. But I never had any proof. @val70

@stratosranger One cat been run over by a speeding car. Dad burried it without telling me. Second one killed by poisoning. I could say farewell when I got home from school though. It hels with the healing.
