Interstellar (2014)

So I finally took the time to watch "Interstellar" from 2014. And it's one of those movies that make me feel ashamed I didn't make time up until now. It looks incredible, the acting is good, the plot is good, ... It's just really solid and soothing to the eye.

If you have nothing to do during this COVID thing and you haven't seen this yet. This is worth your time. A Science Fiction film done right. Even though "time" is a bitch when it comes to the plot. It's not as bad as timetravel movies, but there are certain questions that aren't answered. But there are ways to explain why things happen like they happen in the movie.

The movie got weird at the end

@Kwek00 Iterations of realities. You do succeed in making the movie more interesting. It's still difficult to grasp and it needs to start somewhere, hence your paradox.

@Classified The wormhole is only a paradox if "they" open it. You can solve that if there is a reason for the wormhole to come into excistence because of natural causes. And a wormhole is a fixed trajection, in the movie they couldn't use their exuipment to steer. So it's comparible to walking through a door, where you go from one room to another. Except that this door connects 2 diffrent points in space that by our normal understanding shouldn't be connected. Chances of all that happening... lol, not really big though. I know people that would say 0, but a small chance is still a chance. And then after that... someone has to make the first loop happen. It's deff not time travel, because I believe they saying something that only gravity can go back in time. That's why the phenomena they experienced are all connected to gravity.

In the staffroom at the brieving in the beginning of the movie. One of the scientists said that they experienced other phenomena too. (1:00)

So if this wormhole comes into exsitence in a natural way, then a lot stuff can happen, with diffrent people doing their thing, diffrent messages back by gravitation (hence the other phenomena) which eventually leads to the movie we see.

@Kwek00 I'm sorry, you're telling a lot, but I'm not following it all. Thanks for trying though 😅
