Is the house in "Two and a half Men" even real?

In S4 E9 ("Corey's Been Dead for an Hour") there's one scene in which Charlie has an irrational moment when he's lightly shaking Alan's dresser and for a very short moment you see the door to the bathroom shaking along with the wall surrounding it.

Most Sit Coms are stage Sets.
Quite often walls etc can be seen moving when bumped or what ever.

@Kwek00 Is it at least any similar to a real house?

@scooogy I've never been there
But I don't think you wanna live on a stage set.

You see those stairs? They aren't really going annywhere 👻

I also wonder how I got pulled into this... because it's all out there... on the internet. :o

It most likely was filmed in the studio. If there is any outside shots of the house, it could be of a house not even close to that location.

It never is. You're always looking from the same side where there is no wall.
I think it was fIlmed on the beach.

@Spoiledbrat In the episode when Alan hands his final alimony check to his ex wife, you can see his son holding up a big version of it, telling the viewer about the address of both Alan's and Charlie's house. I googled it, but it's at midst of a highway or something, and doesn't really look like the area filmed.
It was filmed Malibu. @scooogy
