Has anyone heard of the short film The Mysterious Geographic Explorations of Jasper Morello?

A steampunk 26-minute animation about a navigator named Jasper who accidentally finds the cure to his hometown’s plague and...well there’s a terribly sad and scary ending.

It TERRIFED me when my film teacher showed it to us when I was 9.
