What are movies that deserve a remake?

Here's the criteria:

Movies at least 10 years old.

Cult classics; meaning they can't be movies were the originals are still considered great.

@jpiper5: lol. i wanted to jump off the balcony..... but snider is a great director, i mean he crafted 300 and watchman from basically nothing right. but i just can't forgive him for BvS
