What are movies that deserve a remake?

Here's the criteria:

Movies at least 10 years old.

Cult classics; meaning they can't be movies were the originals are still considered great.

The Thing, Scarface, and Little Shop of Horrors. It's rare when a remake is better than the original but it can be done.
