Which movie have you watched more times than any other and why?

Is it because you enjoy the film making and performances involved?

Or does it have more to do with it being something nostalgic?


Mine's probably Jurassic Park. It's a ground breaking movie, of course, but for me it has more to do with a nostalgia attached to it. It was one of the first big movies I remember seeing in the theater, as a kid. Blew my mind then, and it takes me back to that feeling when I watch it now.

It would be jurrasic park , indiana jones ,and oohh ohh x men ..i love the superpowers of x men.. cliche but i like it . I enjoy its filmography more and for rest of my nostalgic childhood memories i watch indian movies ...

@TheHoundOfMusic it would be many like lagaan , 3 idiots , omkara , nadiyaan ke paar , gangajal(love the violence in this) , giraftaar , mard , taaren zameen par , sadma , masoom, mirch masala , the burning train etc ...i better stop.😅

@SW-User I like 3 Idiots, Lagaan, Omkara and Sadma in that list. Though Sadma and Omkara I haven't rewatched a lot because of how depressing they are. But still, I do like them quite a bit. Omkara is the first movie, in which I really respected Saif Ali Khan as a mature actor. And Sadma is, of course, a classic with evergreen performances.

@TheHoundOfMusic really then definitely check out songs of lata mangeshkar , kishore kumar , kumar sanu , udit narayan and music composers - RD burman , Sd burman , AR rahman , sneha khanwalkar ..you will love them as now you can understand the lyrics and for feeling melody of a song language is never a barrier .
