What do you wish you could change about your cable provider?

I'll just be glad to get our cable back again...we made the mistake of switching to direct tv and it sucks big time. It is temporarily cheaper than cable was and has a heck of a lot more channels, BUT there are only about three channels that have anything on them that we are interested in watching. We had much more selection with cable, so when our contract runs out we are switching back.
