What in your opinion was the greatest acting performance of all time

For me hands down it was Heath ledger as the joker in the dark knight that truly was one of the most outstanding performances I will ever see in my life time RIP Heath you were taken from us way to early

There's quite a few roles that spring to mind... Sean Penn in Mystic River. Joachin Phoenix in Gladiator. Al Pacino in Scent of A Woman. The list could go on. :)
