@pride49 I agree. It doesn't take that long to get it cooked and plated in restaurants. Assuming it's not freeze dried. lol I worked at a Steak & Ale in college and we cooked everything from scratch after it was ordered.

@pride49 Oh really. Mu hubby worked as night maintenance for them for a few years. If I ever eat there again it will be too soon. food is good but I got tired of it.
