Can you think of a movie you didn't like at first, but grew to love?

πŸ”ŽπŸŽ₯πŸ”

Why do you think your opinion changed?

For me.. There Will Be Blood. First time, found it boring. The soundtrack, cinematography, storyline, all grew on me. The character Daniel Day Lewis portrays, ruthless, manipulative, exceedingly greedy, he was sort of symbolic of the zeitgeist, a culture that is still prevalent in the world, of doing anything for acquisition.

Also, the remake of The Hitchiker's Guide To The Galaxy. Fell asleep in the theater, but came to like it far more than the original.

And I've gotten to like Avatar more.

Interesting question. My opinion on movies generally remains consistent- though I love Daniel Day-Lewis, I still hate There Will Be Blood. πŸ˜‰

But I have grown to appreciate certain movies more as I’ve seen them again. Even though he’s an old perv, a few of Woody Allen’s movies fit into that category such as Annie Hall and Hannah and Her Sisters.
