Israel’s chief of staff, Gen. Herzi Halevy confirmed that the three were waving a white flag. He said the soldiers’ actions were contrary to the military’s rules of engagement. “It is forbidden to shoot at those who raise a white flag and seek to surrender,” he said.

What he really needs to acknowledge, is that the IDF is loaded up with extremists, who are hell bent on killing as many Palestinians as they can. They used to ply their trade in the West Bank, but they now have a larger theater of operations, and an excuse.

They have never been disciplined, and they never will be.

Hamas is not the only party that's hell bent on indiscriminate killing.

That’s what happens when you can’t tell who’s who when the enemy wears civilian clothing.

They need to apologize to all they have called antisemites for suggesting they were shooting indiscriminately. Well, that is definitely true.

Their credibility just went to zero. Netanyahu needs to resign, ASAP.

Are you familiar with the concept of war?
Basically one side will commit an aggressive act against another side.
Usually this elicits a similarly aggressive response from the other side.
This results in armed conflict,both sides attempting to kill as many of the other sideas possible,until one side has had enough and then tries to achieve a peaceful solution,but often one side will reject this solution and decide both sides can no longer co-exist.
In this instance,Hamas killers broke into the state of Israel,and began slaughtering Israeli citizens who were young women,men and even children.
Israel thus decided it cannot co-exist anymore with Hamas...the rest is history.
The moral is:Dont start a war against an enemy who is infinitely more militarily powerful than yourselves.

Theyve a right to protect their country, from foreign and domestic terrorists...

It’s war. I think it was inevitable. I don’t see it as karma.

And their own soldiers too. That's what you get for shooting everything that moves.

But imagine how many guilty ones too!
