Calm morning

Got up this morning and took a shower with my partner. Then I made him breakfast and his tea.
Once he went to work I got everything ready for the kids. Our oldest boy woke up early so I got him cleaned up and dressed for the day. I was having a lot of pacing tics and realized he was following me so that turned into one of his favorite games.
He was laughing so much.

Best way to get ready for a another long day at work.
