@GoFish it's a very annoying tic I have because I pace fast and it makes people in public places very nervous when I do it. And that with vocal outbursts and I look like a crazy person

@GoFish but once Joel gets home I'll have him help me. I don't think to do it alone because I have at times hit myself pretty hard. So when I do he just blocks me from hitting myself and calmly says find another outlit. He's so good to me.
