Do I have to tell a future employer that I have tourette's?

I keep that shit to myself. Nobody at work knows or if they know they haven't said anything

If you have it under control and you don't cause a disruption with outbursts. I don't see why you would need to tell them but that's up to you.

@SoulAsylum The only time it can be an issue is when I get frustrated and I have been known to lash out and say mean things. For example someone will be rude to a coworker and on top of that it's busy and it's stressful and then someone will be mean to me and all of that makes me snap a little. I'll say things like I should snap their necks in front of their family. My anger won't match the situation.

I also have issues where my talking gets loud for no reason. I dont realize I'm nearly yelling
