Have a siblng that had it. Totally didn't see it coming--I just don't think it's something that you just "feel" or "think you have."
She's "okay" now, but we're always prepared in case she relapses. Dealing with skmekne in such a state is scary. Not because they're insane, but because they're genuinely unpredictable.
