Could you have had PTSD without knowing it?

I was thinking about how behind I am and how I felt like I couldn't do anything. I remembered how terrible I was at 19 after I'd suffered bullying every day at college. I was like a scared little animal around people. I went for a job interview where I was so nervous the interviewer looked visibly concerned.
