Frustration with a situation [I Have Ptsd]

I am really frustrated and getting depressed with a situation. I find myself not having an appetite, lack of sleep, its just interupting my life.

Been there. Still recovering. :( I really really feel for you. But "this too shall pass" kept me going. Find a distraction. Sometimes ignorance is bliss.
