How long do you obsess and hang on to what others have done that bothered you?

Depends how bad the injury was and how long its effects last.

Someone took my camera once and left it where it was vulnerable to theft.
Sure enough it was stolen.
I resented his action until I was finally able to buy myself a new camera.

Bothered me? Like petty things? Not long at all, I'm not some victim.

Things that hurt me deeper are harder to get past, but I don't actively try to hang on to them.

I get sudden waves of remembrance out of nowhere.

If I let my mind wander for too long, it goes back to those who have wronged me lmao
