OCD symptoms?

I was wondering if you guys could talk to me about OCD symptoms and how you found out you have OCD. I just learned that OCD does not always mean over cleaning or obsessively organizing. And even though those are signs of OCD, there are many other signs and types of OCD. Can anyone help educate me?

I used to get pangs of anxiety/attacks(triggered by something audible), and also had intrusive thoughts. I was diagnosed by a psychologist.
