I Have Ocd
Hahaha I didn't seek out help from doctor, didn't take no meds, no drugs and I saved a ton of money. At first it was really bad, 3 hour showers and would only get out of the house every 2 weeks to mow the lawn.
But now I can travel, sleeping in beds and rooms other people stayed in, etc and do so many things now. I was touching my face, arms neck, and hands yesterday after touching books and magazines at the bookstore. And didn't wash my hands after getting home. For a while I wasn't able to do those.
Too bad I can't change the title from I have OCD to I barely have OCD.
