I Have Ocd

Does ocd have to involve organization ? or can it simply be something that your mind obsesses about ..say for example your opinion on something do you ever have to state it to yourself in your head just to go over why youre right?

I've spent a lot of time researching about that ( ocd) and anxiety. In my opinion I'd rather have the behaviours over the thoughts Good news is you're not going crazy XD

sure you can, also with bi polar which I was shocked by that one. you'd be surprised how many people suffer from the same sort of things but they stay quite in fear they will be labeled
