Hmm Idk. Maybe. It would be based on your own integrity and not necessarily FOR them.

First they would have to be clinically diagnosed as having NPD and not just someone that some ex or other labeled them as.

@Magenta He's not going to get diagnosed because of his big ego. My family is pointing fingers at me that I'm the one who is crazy...I'm just depressed
