Should you ever apologize to a narcissist?

I've wronged the narcissist and I'm paying for it...

@NativePortlander1970 Well, I have both mom and brother who are narcissists. I've recently wronged my brother and now he's flaunting his superiority because he's waiting for an apology from me
@bittersweethermit Did you actually truly wrong him, or is he accusing you of doing so and goading you to apologize.

@NativePortlander1970 I have wronged him but if I had a choice, I wouldn't have done it in the first place. He did something similar in the past but it was much worse than what I did to him. He even set me up and video taped me.
@bittersweethermit So therefore it's not your fault, that's called entrapment, you did not do anything wrong.
