not the word igens throw around on woke twitter, no the narcissist. the one who verbally abuses you insults you, yells at you, gaslights you, backhanded compliments you, downplays your accomplishments, stonewalls you, explodes on you in bursts of anger if you don't act accordingly, the person who tries to control everything.

Yes,the narcissist the one who starts arguments and wins every single one of them because they bring up irrelevant points in an attempt to manipulate you. You ever notice how they do that? I do bc i analyze everything.

Or the one who starts yelling or cussing you out if you say something they don't like or speak on their unnecessary or abusive behavior. The person who gets off on humiliating you. The person who sees others as disposable. the person who actually thinks that they are a better human being than others for whatever self-justifiable reason the have conjured. The person always seeking for something to make them happy but they never find it. you ever notice how they do that?

You defeat the narcissist by removing yourself. The narcissist will never change. The narcissist sees no wrong in their doing they only see you being wrong for not being more tolerant of their abusive behavior. YOU should change you're the problem.
