What makes a toxic person SHUT UP?

It's normal to be negative sometimes. But undoubtedly spilling venom everyday on new targets isn't cool. 🤯 Sometimes I wonder who is it this time and who was it that time 🤔

Then I think it's such an unproductive, unpleasant experience to even read toxic posts 🥵

I try my best to not block people but some I guess invite it😱. Wonder why? 🤷‍♀️

If the person is a narcissist, just ignore them. My ex is a classic case - she refuses to talk to me when any subject comes up she disagrees with, then if I persist she first denies I asked, then attacks me, then eventually threatens to block me. She did this with email. I've been unable to have any communications about our 5 y/o daughter with her by email now for over 2 years. So I play the 'dont make your problems my problems' card when I want to attack back, and at the first sign of an argument I walk away and shut down the conversation, regardless of how arrogant, rude, horrible and disrespectful she wants to be trying to get me to react.

Don't do anything. Don't block them, don't talk to them, just shut up and mind yourself. That will be the hardest slap.
