I'm really getting sick after watching her text pop up "out of the blue". You ******* prick, you really have to make me go back to my anxiety attacks.

I don't feel so well anymore. Every effort I'm making is going to vain.

If the connection between you gives her anxiety attacks and makes you feel sick, it's toxic by definition.

It doesn't mean you're a bad person (although it certainly seems she wants to make you believe that). It means the two of you combined make bad juju.

I think I would reply something like, "I hate it that being around me upsets you. I do not want that. Out of concern for both you and me, I think we should stay away from each other."

@Mamapolo2016 It is a toxic thing with her. I have kept my distance and it's been that way for over 2 years.

However, she finds a way to contact me "apologize" for what she did. I don't get the apology. It's like stabbing a person to death and saying oops I'm sorry dude.

Regardless, I'm not texting her. I don't want to. The pain and agony she caused me almost got me to end it all. I'm not going that road again.

@Mamapolo2016 Trust me I did do that.

I even got her off as my contact. What she'll do is contact me on facebook when I've never connected with her. Then she'll text me if I won't be able to be reached or even call me through some other number. The only advantage I have is I can identify if the number is from the states so I can filter it out to block her.

In fact, the last time she texted me. I was explicit in letting her know that I didn't want her talking to me.
