I'm really getting sick after watching her text pop up "out of the blue". You ******* prick, you really have to make me go back to my anxiety attacks.

I don't feel so well anymore. Every effort I'm making is going to vain.

If the connection between you gives her anxiety attacks and makes you feel sick, it's toxic by definition.

It doesn't mean you're a bad person (although it certainly seems she wants to make you believe that). It means the two of you combined make bad juju.

I think I would reply something like, "I hate it that being around me upsets you. I do not want that. Out of concern for both you and me, I think we should stay away from each other."
