Literally started feeling nauseous while watching this. Just enough empathy to trick someone... that's exactly what it was like. Gaslighting, manipulation, but the intentional confusion was the cruelest. So important for people to know about this.

@berangere What's frustrating is that the word "narcissist" is often being used for anyone that someone doesn't like. It's weakened the seriousness of it from those whom have actually suffered from real narcissistic abuse. It's not a joke... this kind of psychological abuse has been shown to cause potential damage to the prefrontal cortex or post traumatic stress. It's such a manipulative and cunning abuse one can't really understand it's crazy making unless you've experienced it.

@StarLily No,no one can understand how diabolical narcissistic abuse is unless they have experienced it themselves,people tend not to believe you when you try to tell them they think you are exagerating,making things up. Sadly the term 'narcissist" will always be used indiscriminately by people who want to attack or get back to those they don't like.
