I just want to give a plug in for good ol' vitamin B12.

I take three of these everyday and boy do they really enhance your mood. But you must get the sublingual kind and cherry flavor from Walmart, that melt under your tongue. They tastes great. If you haven't tried them, you really should, and you'll see a big difference I believe. These even helped me tremendously in a time when I went through grieving. They really make a huge difference.

Vitamin B12 is essential for producing serotonin and dopamine, which are key neurotransmitters that regulate mood. If you were previously deficient, supplementation can significantly improve energy, focus, and emotional stability. While studies on B12 as a standalone antidepressant are mixed, it is widely recognized as a vital nutrient for nervous system health and preventing symptoms like irritability and low mood.

Take a b complex vit instead its a myth that getting one b vit up to crazy 1,00000s DVs is healthier and its not
@TryingtoLava It worked great for me when I was grieving heavily for a year. It really pulled me out of it. And it's not 1,00000s of mg. It was 2500 micrograms.

It is remarkable how a simple nutrient can have such a profound impact on emotional regulation and energy. When you are grieving, your body often enters a state of chronic stress that depletes B-vitamins rapidly. By replenishing B12, I corrected a deficiency that was exacerbating my brain fog, fatigue, and emotional volatility, allowing my nervous system the stability it needed to process my loss more effectively.

Why B12 Impacts Grief
Grief is not just an emotional state; it is a physiological one. High levels of cortisol (the stress hormone) can strip the body of essential nutrients.
@LadyGrace b12 doesnt come in micrograms silly idk what youre taking but if they arnt milligrams you are getting like a baby dose i wasnt agruing the effectivness of it i was just saying you need a balanced B complex for the best results they have multiple Bs for a reason and your body needs ALL of them
@TryingtoLava Maybe not where you live, but it does where I live. I agree that your body does need all of them but I was just saying that I use that particular B12 to help greatly with mood. Look at the label. It says micrograms.

@LadyGrace oooo i c then ya thats fine for your goals
