@DarkSideoftheMoon I try not to as well but its gotten so hard. I didn't used to be like this.

@Redstar maybe try some mindfulness exercises like meditation 🧘♂️

@Redstar its hard but if you keep trying it gets better. Try to focus on a humm or sound or focus behind ur eyelids
