What you stated are your opinions. You can't (or won't) provide any factual corroboration that validates your opinions. You mistakenly think because you believe what you wrote they are universal facts. You can't make up facts. If you can't (or won't) validate them, they remain as opinions.

@MarkPaul No, one is a lie, not an exaggeration. The other example doesn’t even make sense. There can’t be a puddle on a ramp. You literally can not exaggerate a lie. A lie is just that, a lie. And exaggeration is overstating a truth.

Insurrectionist Cry-Baby-trump once claimed it was raining when he needed assistance walking down a ramp. That was a lie because the video of him getting assistance showed a bright sunny day with 0.0 precipitation. There was a wet spot on the ramp where it appeared it had been washed down (presumably by a hose). He exaggerated his lie by stating the ramp was flooding.

@Askeladd I never admitted what you said was true; I admitted they were your opinions. You have never validated your opinions, only pretended they were facts by insisting others need to prove them wrong. That, in itself is nonsensical. What is the highest level of education you have completed?

It's possible, with guidance from therapy, you will be able to acknowledge where you went wrong. Might I suggest you screenshot this exchange and take it with you when you attend your first counseling session. It will explain everything the counselor will need to know to help you.
